Leading children in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ

We've been expecting you!
We want to give families visiting Crossview for the first time the best experience possible, starting from the moment they walk through our doors.
Check-In
Enter the front doors and make your way to the right side of the foyer to our Child Check-In Area. You'll check-in your children, get their identification stickers, and then if your children are ages birth through Preschool you will take them their classroom in the Children's Ministry Area. If your children are Elementary School age, they will go with you into the Worship Center where they'll be with you through the first portion of our worship service. Make sure you keep your parent sticker to be able to claim your child after the service.
Service Dismissal
Typically during our announcement time is when the Elementary age children are dismissed to go to their classes. Feel free to walk your children to their classrooms and to help them get settled.
If Your Child Needs You
Please keep you phone silenced during services, but out and available. If your child needs you, a text message will be sent to your mobile device.

One of the things we value the most at Crossview is the safety of our kids.
Volunteer Background Checks:
We background check all of our volunteers when they come on board with us and we also update these every two years as long as they are serving with us. We also have extensive policies in place to protect the children and adults while serving.
Pick-Up:
You'll need your parent sticker to be able to claim your child after the service. We have a lot of new faces and are requiring all parents show their sticker to claim their children for safety reasons.
Diaper/Bathroom Policy
Please make sure your child has on a clean diaper (Nursery) or has used the restroom (3&4 yr olds) prior to dropping them off. For your child's safety, we will no longer be changing diapers or helping the children in the restroom.

Serve With Us!
If you have a heart to serve kids, we need you and look forward to speaking with you. There are many ways to serve - teacher, helper, child check-in desk, and welcome team. Any adult or teen that is interested in serving will be asked to fill out a Volunteer Application and to agree to our Crossview Child Safety Policy. Adults will also be required to fill out a background check. You will receive the Child Safety Policy and the background check in the form of an email AFTER you complete the Volunteer Application.

We are committed to walking hand in hand with children and youth with special needs and their families, connecting them with Christ and empowering them to be vital members of the Church. This ministry is set up as an inclusion ministry – we want kids to experience our classrooms and to be able to participate with the children their age. Please contact Pastor Trevor to go over any specific needs for your child so that programming can be adapted to incorporate your child well.
B.L.A.S.T. OFF KIDS
BELIEVE, LEARN AND SEEK TRUTH
B.L.A.S.T Off Kids is a twice-monthly program during the school year. Kids (Pre-K to 5th grade) are invited to join us as we learn about the truth found in God's Word. They will also be able to participate in games, songs, and activities and memorize Bible verses. The activity time is where kids get to learn new skills and hobbies, such as sports, cooking, and arts and crafts.
Join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 5:45pm to 7pm! Blast Off kicks off again on September 11th. Click the link below to see the Blast Off schedule and the theme nights for this school year.
